We do exchanges for other items on the store or store credit, we do not do cash back refunds unless it is a fraud case. In order to process your refund, we will need:
- The reason for your return request (missing/wrong item, wrong size, didn't fit as expected, damaged in transit, etc.)
- Your order #
- If we accept your request would you like an exchange for the same item or store credit?
- An image of the product in the event that you are showing proof of damage in transit or any other fault.
Once you have all these in place please fill out our customer service form here. Having these answered with your submission will greatly expedite the return process.
